- DO use your own natural speech patterns.
- DO visualize the story as you tell.
- DO create the scenes of the tale
- DO experiment with different ways of telling the story.
- DO become very familiar with the story.
- DO use body movement.
- DO make eye contact.

DON'T get discouraged if you have difficulty
the first time you tell a story.
