How do I know what I have? Often we overlook our positive attributes. The purpose of this exercise is to take a walk through all of the good things you carry with you.
Take a moment to think about the things you are good at. Remember, everyone is good at something. Maybe it is something as simple as listening to others, maybe you are patient. Maybe you have the ability to remember facts. Maybe you are a natural athlete, and are good at a sport. Maybe you have a creative side, and are a good visual artist. Maybe you can play guitar or sing. Maybe you are good at skipping stones or convincing your friends to do something interesting.
Here is a list of character traits and skills: check the ones that apply to you.

My friends ask me for advice.
I can concentrate for long periods of time.
I am an independent learner.
I am a good athlete.
I am always on time.
I like to draw or paint.
I like to build things.

I am able to recognize strengths in others.
