What is Stress?

Stress is normal and is a part of daily life. Everyone needs to adjust to both expected and unexpected changes in workload, information, work/student life, responsibilities, relationships, etc.

Stress keeps you motivated and focused. However, having too many stressful events happen at once and not being able to cope properly can cause a person to be "stressed out."
