INFORMATION LITERACY: Processing Information - Note-taking

Once students have gathered the best sources of information, they need to create jot notes that will help them to answer their inquiry question. This is a complex task that involves the identification of important information, the ability to reframe the information into their own words, and the sorting and organization of the notes into a meaningful format.
